"Outlaw" Rules

 Tractor Year: Any
 Classes: 4500lb ~ 6500lb in 500lb increments
 Speed: 5mph max, any gear
 RPM's: 3000 max limit with working governor
 Tires: 18.4x38 Full cut max size
 Maximum distance of furthest point forward including weights is not to exceed 13 feet
 measured from center of rear axle. Rear Axle defined as center point of   rear wheel.
 ALL tractors must have a working kill switch and wheelie bars.
 Tractors may run up to 20% over stock rpm per M&W chart. Anything over that must have   a scatter blanket or steel flywheel.
 Single turbo charger allowed.
 Any AG engine
 Draw bar not to exceed 20" in height at hook point
 Hook point not to be less than 18" from center of rear axle. Rear axle   defined as center   point of rear wheel
 Aluminum front rims and fuel tanks permitted.
